Key skills will include:
- Experience of annual compensation cycles (ACC).
- Knowledge of job levelling/job evaluation and market data benchmarking.
- Experience of completion of salary surveys.
- The ability to build relationships across different functions, business partnering on total reward elements.
- An awareness of reward frameworks and standardised reporting requirements (i.e. Gender Pay Gap reporting and analysis).
- Advanced data analytics and reporting skills, including cost modelling and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- The ability to plan work and meet differing deadlines.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
- An inquisitive nature with a desire to make improvements.
- A willingness to learn.
Reporting to the Senior Director, International Total Rewards, key accountabilities will be as follows:
- Under the guidance of the International Total Rewards Manager and Senior Director, key involvement in the running of the 2025 annual compensation cycle (ACC).
- Bonus and long-term incentive pay administration.
- Salary survey documentation, participation and interpretation.
- Job levelling, pricing and analytics.
- Equity pay reporting and pay transparency readiness.
- Total reward consulting around governance, guidance and adherence of compensation principles.
- Maintenance of documents, polices and job catalogue.
- Management, development and optimisation of the Cox Total Reward Portal, Gear Up.
- Assistance as required around Global Benefits development and administration.
- Setting up of the annual benefits window.
- Benefit optimisation.
- Involvement in key projects, such as the roll out of the new Global Career Framework Project
Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Total Reward Analyst as maternity cover for a fixed term period up to the end of November 2025.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team and operate in a role that spans compensation, benefits, recognition, and health & wellness. As well as the daily ‘business as usual’ total reward activity, the role will have involvement in a number of exciting key projects to continue our current agenda of setting us up for success for the future.
