YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS

• You have an above-average Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or technical business administration
• In addition you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in product management, purchasing or consulting
• You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context
• You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language. Knowledge of German would be desirable.
• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile

• You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the Product Management department. You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad
• You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle
