Description:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AS A TRAINEE - PEOPLE & CULTURE
- Degree in HR, Business Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to assist with HR reporting and data analysis using BI dashbords or AI tools.
- Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Our department plays a crucial role in managing human resources in a way that supports the company’s mission and values, including our commitment to a sustainable future.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and support services to international managers on matters related to offers, contract changes, onboarding, internal transfers, and termination procedures.
- Offer guidance and assistance to employees and managers on general HR issues that fall outside the scope of HR Direct.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to inform managers and, when necessary, employees about local HR matters, including terms and conditions and relevant collective labor agreements.
- Assist in optimizing local PC processes and policies, ensuring that stakeholders and employees are updated as needed.
- Partner with HR colleagues, including Centers of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll, to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business.
- Work with and supply data analytics, BI dashboards and the implementation and use of AI tools.
- Report to and support the Country Partner Manager based in Denmark, as well as HRBPs and Country Partners internationally.
