Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AS A TRAINEE - PEOPLE & CULTURE

  • Degree in HR, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to assist with HR reporting and data analysis using BI dashbords or AI tools.
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

To be considered for our traineeship, you should:

  • Be a recent graduate with an academic degree or expected graduation before March 2025.
  • Have maximum one year of work experience.
  • Be fluent in English. Skills in other languages can be a merit.

Responsibilities:

The People & Culture department aims to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment while driving forward our commitment to fossil freedom. Our department plays a crucial role in managing human resources in a way that supports the company’s mission and values, including our commitment to a sustainable future.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory and support services to international managers on matters related to offers, contract changes, onboarding, internal transfers, and termination procedures.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to employees and managers on general HR issues that fall outside the scope of HR Direct.
  • Collaborate closely with local HR teams to inform managers and, when necessary, employees about local HR matters, including terms and conditions and relevant collective labor agreements.
  • Assist in optimizing local PC processes and policies, ensuring that stakeholders and employees are updated as needed.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, including Centers of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll, to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business.
  • Work with and supply data analytics, BI dashboards and the implementation and use of AI tools.
  • Report to and support the Country Partner Manager based in Denmark, as well as HRBPs and Country Partners internationally.
