Description:
Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join our growing team! As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will facilitate a seamless sales process online and over the phone, allowing customers to shop for their next vehicle from anywhere while still enjoying an excellent customer service experience. Successful candidates are highly organized, strong communicators, and flexible to client needs. In this role, you will collaborate with other sales team members, interact with many customers daily, and will report to the Internet Director.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive internet sales experience is required
- Outgoing, friendly and customer-oriented, demonstrating excellent customer service skills over the phone
- Basic computer skills are essential (typing, data entry, and navigating CRMs)
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage appointments over the phone
- Strong multitasking skills, simultaneously speaking with customers over the phone and logging activities in the CRM
- Proven history of meeting sales or performance goals
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Generating business by responding to customer inquiries online and over the phone, seeking out potential sales leads, and scheduling showroom appointments for demonstrations and test drives
- Identifying customer needs and preferences, then providing initial product information and directing them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Establishing positive client relationships and following up with potential clients that are not ready to make an appointment
- Log all lead activity in the CRM tracking system daily
- Participate in team and process development sessions, keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
