Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsive Internet Sales Specialist to join our growing automotive group. In this role, you will manage incoming internet leads, provide timely responses to potential customers, gather information, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. This position requires you to respond to leads remotely after regular business hours.
As potential customers’ first point of contact, you will be crucial in ensuring that no lead goes unanswered, contributing directly to our customer engagement strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage peak lead volumes.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required (training provided).
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools (platform training will be provided).
- Flexibility to respond to leads after hours.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Responsiveness: Ability to reply quickly to leads, including outside regular hours.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software and other digital systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to internet leads promptly.
- Engage with potential customers, address inquiries, and collect contact details.
- Efficiently hand off leads and customer information to the sales team.
- Accurately log all leads in the CRM system and Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead progress and follow-up activities.
- Be available to respond to leads in the evenings and on weekends as needed.
