Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Tasks would include:
1) To carry out proper research on the various questions of law;
2) Opinion writing;
3) Drafting of correspondences and cause papers;
4) Corresponding and meeting with domestic and overseas clients/solicitors/authorities;
5) Attend Court (for pupils and legal associates only);
6) Periodically updating the Partner on the task assigned when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
An individual who is:
1) Keen to advance their career with the firm;
2) Fluent in spoken and written Chinese;
3) Proficient in conducting legal research;
4) Able to work independently and also a team player.
