Your internship at Rijk Zwaan!
At Rijk Zwaan, we stimulate innovation through significant investments in breeding programs and research in more than 25 crops. We aim to lead in the plant sciences that are applicable to our processes and products. During this six-month internship, you will contribute to our research efforts by investigating the application of large language models (LLMs) within plant breeding. You will work from our facility in Fijnaart, where our largest research group is located. You will have the opportunity to test various datasets and evaluation methods, and help measure the performance of our solutions. LLMs have revolutionized the way we approach text processing and have proven effective in various applications. Your challenge is to accurately measure baseline performance and assess the contextual relevance of the content. While some evaluation metrics can be automated, they often require deeper insights.
