Description:
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law student (preferably 4th/5th year).
- Able to work 20 hours per week.
- You have very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), with advanced knowledge of legal English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Fully IT literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
- Desire to learn and grown in areas related to trade, geopolitics, and national security.
- Able to be based in Prague.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support with preparation and negotiation of sanctions compliance legal terms for all Honeywell businesses.
- Providing contract evaluation under the mentorship of Sanctions Compliance professionals – review of contract terms and conditions, background research, risk gap analysis.
- Providing research of dynamic trade related laws in any of Honeywell key jurisdictions and preparation of summary of such research results.
- Assistance in identifying and consolidating important data from contracts and supporting audit exercises when necessary.
