• Experience live shoots firsthand, work alongside our technical crew, assist the producer with planning, and explore new industries with every project—from corporate events to fashion and sports.
• Work closely with the team and assist in building relationships with top brands and top executives from major UAE companies.
• Attend sales meetings with our sales consultant and corporate clients, take meeting minutes, and prepare project briefs afterward.
• Connect with new leads, build rapport, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Provide excellent support to existing clients by replying to emails, addressing feedback, and assisting with anything they need to ensure they get great service.
• Create impactful content: Draft emails, proposals, and presentations alongside the client relations team.
• Master the latest tools for organization, planning, and communication, staying on top of tasks with Google Sheets and CRM software.
