Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
You will join our Corporate Actions team.
- Earliest start date: 1st November
- Duration: 12 months
- Employment rate: Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
- Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day management of revenues
- Analyse and process mandatory Securities Transactions (stock splits or consolidations, free share allocations, mergers, demergers, etc.)
- Invoice revenues + OST on OTC products such as Contract for Difference, Loan
- Monitor and analysethe impact of our operations for investment fund clients
- Keeping managers, financial analysts and custodians informed
- Manage Suspense -Reconciliation
- Analyse and resolve issues raised
- Participate in test campaigns for new developments
