- Student who has successfully completed first semesters of studies preferably with HR focus
- Excellent language skills in English and German
- Advanced MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.

Responsibilities:
- Support Culture Transformation activities and administrative tasks
- Provide support and execute the respective HR processes
- Assist in the development of programs to promote diversity and inclusion
- Contribute ideas for cultural transformation initiatives
- Maintain and update diversity-related data and metrics
- Support the creation of training materials on cultural sensitivity and diversity
- Coordinate activities related to cultural awareness and transformation
- Contribute to internal communications regarding diversity initiatives
- Support the roll out of a global Henkel Consumer Brands’ (HCB) organizational health initiative, “High Performing Teams” (HPT)
