The Position

You will join in the Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Experience and Solution Design Team an international group of customer experience and design strategists, researchers and designers that serve our purpose to bring the voice of customers to the core of Roche Diagnostics’ decisions by designing and enabling a seamless patient-centric experience across our portfolio of products and services.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.

• Assisting with user research, participant management and design activities related to CX/UX project development
• Collaboratively translating user research into powerful insights that impact design and business
• decisions
• Communicating powerful insights to business stakeholders through written, visual and prototype form
• Creating service blueprints, customer journeys
