SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP

Internship positions provide an opportunity for students to get hands on experience in a commercial environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor’s degree level in a commercial/management or life-science field
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages
  • Students requiring to complete an internship
  • Desire and motivation to develop a career in Customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
  • Outstanding customer focus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems and to multi-task under due dates.
  • Work in close collaboration with key partners such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, to ensure a fast and professional response to our customers’ inquiries
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrate judgment, tact and subtlety in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
