Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Intern to join the customer service team and guarantee a positive customer experience.
As a Customer Service Representative Intern you will ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. You will ensure efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales managing speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of their order and pro-actively tackle any problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in a Nordic language (e.g., Norwegian, Swedish).
- Familiarity with order management systems or related software.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Ensure accurate registration of orders: Check all information for accuracy and save received orders in electronic format; archive orders in files.
- Manage and fulfill customer orders: This includes order management, problem-solving, and responding to price and lead time requests across all media (Telephone, mail, etc.).
- Supervise and amend orders as needed: Review orders for accuracy, proceed with required changes, and ensure contract terms and pricing policies are applied accurately.
- Proactively address issues : Follow up on the order book daily, anticipate potential issues, and advise customers about any delays.
- Support the customer service team : Assist with generating leads for sales, create reports, and ensure clear communication with management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Share issues with the team, propose corrective actions, and back up critical business processes.
- Ensure compliance and safety: Apply customer service procedures per the Quality Management System and adhere to health and safety standards.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Minimum high school diploma (Baccalaureate diploma).
- Attention to details, meticulous, proactivity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
- Excellent Customer sense.
- Cooperative; willingness to interact and work with others.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Computer skills and electronic business interfaces: outlook, e-mail, Microsoft Office.
