Responsibilities:

As an intern based in Vienna, you will have the opportunity to join the Eastern European Demand Planning team. Reporting to the Business Analyst of the Management Unit Eastern Europe’s Demand Planning team, your primary responsibility will be to support local Austrian and regional processes and projects. This will contribute to improving business planning and drive key performance indicators, specifically Service Level in-Full, Forecast Accuracy, and Forecast Bias.

  • Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to support baseline, promotional, and launch planning.
  • Assist both locally and regionally in analyzing key performance indicators, including Service Level in-Full, Forecast Accuracy, and Forecast Bias, to identify potential improvements and causes of performance gaps.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Sales & Operations process.
  • Support regional continuous improvement projects, trainings, and reporting processes.
