In a nutshell
In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in the commercial operations side at one of hospitality’s most dynamic brands. Against a backdrop of new parameters and shifting norms, this internship will provide valuable insights into a constantly evolving
technology and distribution landscape. Areas of focus include how to drive increased revenue for our international hotel members, and how to help them build their online presence.
- Opening: January / February / March 2025
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: 1000 EUR / month
- The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist member hotels in improving their performance across all channels (OTAs, CRS, booking engines)
- Implement and support our member hotels by using and maintaining the systems
- Conduct system trainings for new and existing member hotels on all aspects related to the central reservation system, interfaces or booking engines
- Load rates in the various systems and support the hotels in rate strategy
- Support distribution-related projects
- Provide general departmental support
