Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Activation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy:
You will support the activation of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy in Head Office Finance.

Main responsibilities

  • Support in design and delivery of DEI priorities, through the creation of a communication plan, producing contents to engage our Finance employees.
  • Assist with DEI calendar to stimulate engagement, for example supporting the communication of events meant to create awareness about DEI topics for Finance employees.
  • Coordination of DEI activities and trainings for Finance colleagues
  • Organization of all the workstreams progress in different projects
  • Support in the monthly meetings to tack of the coalition’s initiatives.

You will be part of the Head Office Finance DEI team, which is group of enthusiastic DEI ambassadors. You will be located in Amsterdam. This internship is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our DEI initiatives and develop valuable communication skills in a vibrant and inclusive work environment. The department
The Head Office Finance DEI team is a team gathering multiple nationalities, generations, education backgrounds and personalities, where we inspire the Head Office Finance’s DEI journey – a joyous, sometimes bumpy journey – where we grow by opening our hearts and minds to foster a sense of true togetherness.

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is as soon as possible
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm based on fulltime
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

  • Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures

  • Passionate or curious about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • HBO or WO education
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  • You are enrolled at an educational institution.

a. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.

b. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.

  • Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing.
