As of February 2025, our Facility Department at the HQ in Hilversum and in HQ in Almere (close to Amsterdam) is looking for passionate Facility Management interns. The Facilities Management intern will support the facilities manager in all day to day issues and will also complete special projects for school and for Hunkemöller. You’ll work with a small team to carry out all shared tasks.
You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:
- Ordering office supplies for (overseas) stores and HQ
- Prepare shipments for international franchise
- Check invoices for accuracy and accounting
- Carry out analysis across several areas of the department
- Assistance in repro and courier services
- Attend meetings with business partners
- Update of internal FM manual
- Plan office movements, as applicable
