YOUR TEAM

The Corporate Controllership team is a global and diversified team with open collaboration and communication as well as a drive to evolve and innovate. We have high energy and are supportive in our individual and team goals, working together to drive the best in each team member. We are currently seeking a student to join us in a 6-month internship which will focus both on our internal control framework supporting our external financial reporting, as well as our internal controls over Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting. This will be in the form of analyzing and implementing design efficiencies across the organization (partially through automation), being a business partner to various organizational stakeholders, and will include involvement in continuing to assess and address the requirements of the dynamic ESG landscape through analyzing and applying an expanding control framework.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Pursuing a relevant Master’s degree (preferably Business or Accounting), currently looking for an internship to support your thesis
  • Creativity and eagerness to drive solutions in our new and developing ESG reporting area
  • Familiarity with the trends in automation in a controls environment and ability to learn and expand on this within a business
  • Pro-active attitude towards improvements within the controls environment (automation or otherwise)
  • Familiarity with controls and control environments, specifically under Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 and 302 requirements, and the COSO framework.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility to work (with the above) remotely
  • Good level of English is required (attendance to meetings / presentations with international team, reading and writing of documentation)

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarization with control design and execution environment, tooling and documentation
  • Gathering requirements for continued automation in the control environment
  • Developing control automation next steps together with key process and business owners
  • Ownership of monitoring and test programs, executing thereon with reporting to management
  • Analyzing and implementing various ESG reporting and control requirements
  • Working to understand the sustainability requirements for reporting and be able to apply this knowledge to the (newly implemented) ESG control environment
  • Continue to work with relevant users and owners in order to continue to expand the control framework for specific ESG metrics
