nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.
For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Management Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating the nhow experience in the hotel for every guest.

Responsibilities:

As a Food & Beverage Management Intern you are responsible for overseeing various operational as well as managerial tasks in one or more of our outlets. These are the rooftop destination restaurant Selva and the cocktail bar Sonora, main hotel bar Moana, the banqueting and room service. Examples of the operational tasks you will be involved in are supporting in the outlets when busy, learning how the outlets work operationally on day-to-day basis and more
Examples of the managerial tasks you will be involved in are schedule-making, administration of the employees, offer letters, stock-takes and inventory control processes, reporting, project management and much more. You are also responsible for handling complaints within the Food & Beverage departments, and you ensure and maintain the correctness and level of service. In addition, you will gain a lot of knowledge regarding products, materials and communicative means.
