As an Intern in Medical Affairs Operations, you have the opportunity to explore the role and impact of Medical Affairs in the execution of global launch preparation and clinical adoption activities for our diagnostic solutions. This includes the support of Medical Affairs Operations Leads in various activities contributing to the success of Medical Affairs Operations.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
ADDITIONAL TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice (such as Roche Code of Conduct and any other Roche directives and guidelines)
- Complete all required training modules as a priority
- Specific compliance responsibilities beyond standard scope of work
- Help to optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards
- Build and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders, key internal and external stakeholders and other alliance partners, including patient communities, in meeting business goals and ensuring operational excellence
- Drive patient and customer-centricity (mindset, behaviors and actions) by always putting the needs of patients and the customers first.
