Description:

  • Providing receptionist coverage during absences and managing related duties.
  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide general support to the admin team and supervisors.
  • Check and verify monthly staff expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing summaries and reports for expense claims.
  • Track office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of office equipment and assets.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) as instructed and ensure timely follow-up with vendors or suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current enrollment in a diploma/degree program in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
    Job Type: Internship
    Contract length: 3-4 months
    Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bandar Baru Bangi (43650): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
