Internship for Process Analyst

The main purpose of the Process Methodologist / Business process Analyst Intern is to support Lean Agile Center of Excellence in identifying problems and needs for process improvements within Research & Development (R&D), enhancing efficiency by expanding the adoption of cutting-edge development practices across R&D domains and teams.
This role involves guiding R&D operations in collaboration with TechLeadership, promoting a culture of metrics-driven problem-solving, and working closely with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence to implement process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a focus on process management, change management and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in process analysis and improvement methodologies such as Agile.
• Experience or coursework in business process or change management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques such as Kanban.
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Ability to document processes, create process flow diagrams, and maintain documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
