Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in full spectrum of employee cycle activities
  • Support the execution of HR projects within areas e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Employee Performance, Learning & People Growth.
  • Work on analysing data to develop action plans on challenges faced by the business
  • Support the Company’s Employee Experience Initiatives in ideation and execution
  • Support HR & work with discipline leads on the discipline skill mapping across BLs
  • Review and work on improvements to the Company’s employee communications platform.
  • Assist the Company’s internal training efforts through coordinating training sessions and collating feedback.
  • Assist on work pass administration.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Support on Leadership Connect sessions in terms of logistics & pre-session arrangements
