Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in full spectrum of employee cycle activities
- Support the execution of HR projects within areas e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Employee Performance, Learning & People Growth.
- Work on analysing data to develop action plans on challenges faced by the business
- Support the Company’s Employee Experience Initiatives in ideation and execution
- Support HR & work with discipline leads on the discipline skill mapping across BLs
- Review and work on improvements to the Company’s employee communications platform.
- Assist the Company’s internal training efforts through coordinating training sessions and collating feedback.
- Assist on work pass administration.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required
- Support on Leadership Connect sessions in terms of logistics & pre-session arrangements
