THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll join our HR Department in our Milan office and you’ll support the HR Business Partner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training & development initiatives as required, including roll-out of local induction;
- Define and manage training needs and related relationship with providers;
- Graduate recruitment process for all the functions;
- Manage the whole internal communication process (organizational announcements, newsletter, Wellbeing and Diversity&Inclusion initiatives);
- Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose;
- Data & insights analytics, data quality control & accuracy, HR reporting, people cost planning support through company ERP and planning tool
