Education, Experience, Skills: To be eligible for this internship, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or 2) or attending a Business School or equivalent.
  • Possess a strong interest in the field of Human Resources.
  • Ideally, have previous internship experience in HR.
  • Are fluent in French and have proficient English skills

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: As an intern, you will be at the forefront of our collaborative HR team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Hire, guide, and empower interns: Participate actively in the recruitment and onboarding activities of our interns. Lead the intern program and collaborate with our HR BP and managers.
  • Collaborate on Training Programs: Work closely with our Senior HR Officer in managing various training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Empower careers: Assist our HR Business Partner in managing the onboarding process of our employees, including probation period follow-up, and organizing engaging newcomer breakfasts. Contribute to employees’ career development by building career plans and more.
