Main tasks:

  • Supports department specialists in scheduling interviews/meetings;
  • Managing information in databases;
  • Prepare HR-related reports/ presentations as needed;
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days;
  • Other activities related to the human resources process;

Your profile

We are looking for:

  • University (final year of bachelor degree or first year of master);
  • English – minimum medium level (spoken & written);
  • Availability to work full time (8h/ day);
  • Very good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Diversity and multicultural mindset;
  • An enthusiastic person, who wants to develop.
