Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the HR Business Partnering team for Procurement department in their daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in maintaining and improving HR processes and systems.
In this position, you will create and maintain a repository of standard job descriptions and job posting advertisements for various roles within Procurement function.
You will work with respective line managers to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and reflect the current requirements and responsibilities of each position.
Moreover, you will support the consistency check and clean-up of organizational charts to ensure they accurately represent the current structure of the organization.
You will assist in developing and maintaining dynamic tracking files for some HR metrics to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes as well as equip the team with early insights to address potential trends proactively.
Finally, you will help in the preparation of regular HR reports and presentations.
