THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT MINIMUM SALARY FOR THIS POSITION IS EUR 29.736 GROSS PER YEAR BASED ON FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT. HOWEVER, A OVERPAYMENT IS POSSIBLE DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Human Resources Management intern (m/f/d) you gain insight into the operational, administrative and strategic elements of HR Management.
  • You support with organisational and administrative tasks in HR such as drawing up contracts, supplementary agreements and employment reference letters.
  • You handle registration of occasional store employees (ELDA reports)
  • You help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • You manage mail correspondence, internal communication and external communication with tax advisors.
  • You assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and actively source candidates.
  • You support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • You conduct research and develop frameworks for HR projects such as employer branding, employee benefits, performance management, salary bands, or employee surveys.
  • You prepare internal reports and handbooks.
  • You provide comprehensive support to the HR team and occasionally assist office management
