Roche Diagnostics has a broad portfolio of >1000 products across six Customer Areas (CAs) that include our widely-used molecular, pathology, point-of-care and core solutions in conjunction with our digital solutions in Diagnostics and Healthcare Insights. The Portfolio Management team works as part of the Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) group to help each Customer Area track and manage their portfolio from a strategic vantage point.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
In this internship, you will support the execution of the Diagnostics and Customer Area strategy by developing tools and generating insights for effective portfolio management and informed decision-making. You will be embedded in the portfolio team and have the opportunity to contribute and learn about the following:
- Get to know the product portfolio of a market-leading diagnostics company
- Learn to analyze portfolio data and generate insights related to strategic portfolio management
- Support the development, improvement, and further adoption of portfolio reports and dashboards, including developing and executing on associated communication plans
- Support and work closely with Cross and Customer Area Portfolio Managers in the organization
- Collaborate with other colleagues in Portfolio and Project Management (i.e. Analytics & Insights)
- Get exposure to portfolio decision-making and key portfolio stakeholders
