YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master student in business related field (Purchasing, Business Administration, IT management, Supply Chain Management, or related studies)
  • Out of the box thinker, willingness to challenge the status quo and deliver creative solutions to our digitalization agenda
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving & influential skills with ability to prioritize
  • Proactive can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus)
  • Excellent English skills (written, oral), knowledge in other languages is a plus
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support digital projects in the Purchasing area, including the coordination and overseeing of new tool developments.
  • Gain an understanding of stakeholder requirements and translate those into efficient processes enabled by digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and actively contribute to the change management process.
  • Engage in hands-on learning experiences to master the use of new digital solutions becoming proficient in its functionalities and support stakeholders with their use.
