Description:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern who is excited to join our international team in Vienna, taking on new challenges and helping us to quickly grow our business further.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a graduate in a social science or business-related field (Management, Tourism, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) or a talent from a different sector.
- You are fluent (C1) in English and at least one of our core languages (German, French, or Italian).
- You are very diligent, self-organised and have a detail-oriented and structured way of working.
- You are flexible, able to quickly adapt to changes, eager to learn from your colleagues and open to give and receive feedback.
- You are a true team player, who enjoys new challenges, making things happen and working towards common goals.
- You share our passion for outdoor sports and are keen to work in a dynamic start-up.
- Previous experience in performance marketing, the tourism/hospitality industry, or a startup is a plus.
Responsibilities:
After an extensive onboarding and coaching by our Performance Marketing Specialists:
- You create new, state-of-the-art Google Ads campaigns for the new products and destinations that are added to our platform.
- You identify and analyse relevant new keywords for our Google Ads campaigns, as well as making adjustments based on performance and search trends.
- You conduct analysis of our campaign performance across various holiday activity categories and destinations.
- You optimize our campaigns towards CTR, conversions and cost metrics.
- You gather knowledge of location specific campaigns and implement your findings.
- You closely align with the Business Development team to customize and adapt campaigns and their content.
