Responsibilities:
- Support in translation, editing and finalization of proposals addressed to potential new clients, in cooperation with Central Office dedicated teams (mainly Frankfurt and London)
- Support in translation and preparation of products and strategy presentations used during clients’ meetings
- Care of client’s periodic reporting
- Cooperation with local Coverage team and Central Functions to insure prompt feedback to clients’ requests on invested products or mandates (translation of clients requests for German/English colleagues, support on operational items connected to the client’s mandate, support on maintenance and update of legal documentation)
- Cooperation in organization and documentation arrangement for Institutional Clients dedicated events
- DWS positioning, Market and Competitors analysis
- Support on internal MIS & infra group presentations
- Support in updates and maintenance of Sales/RM tool and Client Adoption processes
