YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters in the field of business administration
• First relevant experience through a prior internship in one of the leading strategy consultancies or the strategy department of a large corporation
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven analytical capabilities and strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-organized and ambitious team player
• Availability for an internship duration of 3-6 months, starting January or February 2025
  We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.

• Become part of the Central Market Strategy & Integrated Steering team and be responsible for leading the digital transformation of holistic business steering activities for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Contribute to the conceptualization, management and continuous improvement of our data and analytics platform
• Learn how our data-driven system applications are leveraged for strategy development, action plans and synchronized execution across all strategic business units
• Be involved in project management from conceptualization of methodologies to implementation of system solutions and take ownership for independent tasks
• Prepare management presentations, support strategy meetings, and create analyses that lead to the right decisions
