• Education: Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Native level of Portuguese, proficiency in English, and intermediate level of Spanish.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced Excel skills are highly valued.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions.

• Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing campaigns and strategies.
• POS Materials: Manage the development and coordination of Point of Sale (POS) materials to support promotional activities.
• Marketing Material Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials for various uses.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Financial & Analytics Support: Assist with marketing financials and analytics to track campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Sales Team Support: Provide daily support to Key Account Managers and the Field team, addressing their marketing needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain daily communication with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
