As a Marketing intern, here’s a taste of what you could be doing - but there’s even more to explore!

• Collaborate and support with Brand Managers across Retail, Product, and Online channels to develop and execute impactful 360° marketing campaigns.
• Work with creative agencies on innovative activations, displays and asset to create a consumer experience.
• Analyze and identify key trends of the market

• We’ll review your application and if there’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you to a first HR interview to learn more about you. You’ll be asked to complete an analytical assessment as well.
• Based on your aspirations and our needs, we’ll determine which of our four divisions - Consumer Products (CPD), L’Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and Active Cosmetics (LDB) - would be the best fit. Each division focuses on different brands and customers, offering diverse opportunities for your career journey.
• Once we’ve identified a potential match, we’ll share your profile with the hiring manager.
• If the hiring manager is interested in your profile, we’ll set up an interview for you to meet.
• And if everyone agrees you’re the perfect fit, we’ll make an offer
