JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and organization of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
2. Act as the note-taker during FGD sessions, working closely with the FGD facilitator. Compile and transcribe all notes and insights gathered during and after each FGD session.
3. Participate in daily review and feedback sessions with FGD supervisors to discuss progress and insights.
4. Collaborate with the research team in preparation for the analysis of FGD outcomes. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to extract meaningful insights from the collected data.
5. Produce clear and well-structured reports in English based on the FGD findings, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated.
