INTERNSHIP - Personal Banking

As part of its Personal Banking activity, ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern to strengthen & support its commercial teams.

You want to:

Your mission :

Bring support to the Personal Bankers and to the clients concerning :

• Payment orders
• CRM activity
• Current accounts management (cover debit positions, transfers, foreign exchange transactions)
• Debit and credit cards management (issue, stop, searches…)
• Internet contracts management
• KYT/AML, Mifid & Insurance

Your profile :
Master student in Finance, Economics, Marketing
Language :
French + English. Any additional language is an asset, particularly Dutch.
Problem solving skills :
Actively participate in brainstorm/discussion and understand the issue at hand
Analytical skills :
Be able to understand the different processes and operational steps.
Personal skills :
Good communication skills, Good presentation skills, Good relational skills
Time management :
Order your to do’s and set priorities, in consultation with colleagues.
Evolution skills :
Reactivity, Eager to learn & develop his/her knowledges following manager’s request, Capability to take advantages of feedbacks to develop new skills.
