Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM intern, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our customers and the rest of the world. You will have the opportunity to present innovative ideas, leverage your skills, develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth. During your internship you will have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside a global community of over 6,000 IBM interns and meet other IBM employees during networking events, special events, team building and professional development activities.
- Increase your skills through a combination of educational platforms and professional guidance from your manager, coach and mentor to get everything you need to shape the beginning of your career.
- Learn about a client’s industry, meet new challenges, and learn how their business and technology intersect.
- Participate in a real project or initiative and experience first hand how we help transform our clients’ business.

- This selection process is scheduled to start in 2025.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Tech career: Be an advanced student of a technical/college career such as: programmer, analyst, computer engineering, electronics or similar.Business career: Marketing, finance, legal, Administrative and similar.
- Basic knowledge of Java programming.
- Have school insurance for the entire duration of the internship.
- Be a regular student
- Availability to intern for full time.
