Corporate Cash Management is a key product within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank. The team, located in Milan, support large corporate clients (Italian and subsidiaries of international MNCs) and Bank’s international network on cross-border and domestic business. Cash M offers products and solutions for every stage of a client’s treasury needs working closely both on local and global relationship.
The candidate will be included in the Chief Operating Officer team of the Risk Macro Area. The Chief Risk Officer department is accountable for the oversight of the different risk types as per the bank’s risk appetite framework (Credit Risk, non-financial risk, enterprise risk, operational risk). Within CRO department the COO Risk team is in charge of managing cross department projects which range from the management of different activities impacting the above risk types to the interaction with supervisory authorities such as Bank of Italy and ECB.

Responsibilities:
- Support the resources of the unit in some evolutionary project activities relating to credit risk management techniques.
- Manage performing and non-performing credit.
- Manage the optimization of capital in accordance with the current reference regulation.
- Support the team in other strategic initiatives in which Risk is involved.
- Interact with the representatives of the various divisions of the Bank (in Italy and globally within the Group) to learn how to define, structure and monitor the various project activities.
- Improve analytical and problem solving skills and to acquire the fundamentals of project & change management by operating in a stimulating and highly educational context.
