Job Description:
- Manage internal/external customers and end-users’ relationship to meet the expectations with reference to KPIs and service level agreement.
- Manage necessary supporting documentation for audit purposes in relation to SOPs compliance / maintenance / Cybersecurity compliance and to follow up on audit recommendations to verify implementation of remediation actions.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities/events to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property. VIP events (Ministers, President etc)
- Overseeing security related projects effectively and timely to meet both the organization and functional objectives. Including new projects and installation of security systems/enhancements.
- Assist to oversee a team of outsourced security officers in carrying out day-to-day security function at Mediacorp campus.
Job Requirements:
- Reasonable knowledge on Security Systems Networking.
- Ability to be tactful in dealing with stakeholders.
- Possess good knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Candidate must be currently enrolled at a local educational institution.
- The internship is recognized as part of the school’s official curriculum.
- Successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during the period from July 2024 to September 2024.
