Description:
ABOUT YOU :
- Bachelor’s degree in business / finance, economics or any other relevant fields
- Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to put complex ideas into succinct frameworks; Consulting experience and/or experience working in tech startup at the hyper growth stage would be a bonus
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation; Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau or similar BI Reporting Platforms will be a plus
- A start-up attitude – you take full ownership of things you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones to take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment – we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Intern to join our Strategy & Operations team to help Doctor Anywhere to help in driving growth of the company. You will have opportunities to work with the senior leadership within Doctor Anywhere in solving important business problems and optimize growth opportunities in the fast-growing digital healthcare space
The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional drive and energy to work in fast-paced environment, strong financial and analytical skills, a can-do attitude and willingness to undertake hands-on operational work, and a mindset of continuous improvement and change
The internship period can vary between 3-6 months with an opportunity to be converted for a full-time position thereafter
This role reports to: Strategy & Operations Lead, Care Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the Indonesia team in:
- Delivering high impact projects that could include process improvements, data transformation and analytics, pricing exercises etc.
- Conducting market research and analysis on the Indonesia healthcare market trends, competitive benchmarking, and any other key metrics
- Hands-on implementation in operational process improvements
