PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Awareness of order management, logistics and supply chain processes are an advantage -Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking -Experience with ERP systems are an advantage -German and English language skills -MS Office knowledge, especially Excel is an advantage

-Support in the purchasing process and completion of daily shopping activities -Creation and management of procurement documents such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, complaints and order confirmations -Master data maintenance in the ERP system -Control and follow-up in case of discrepancies between orders and invoices -Active and daily communication with external and internal stakeholders -Creation of process documentation and specific procurement reports
