THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Intern (m/f/d) Customer Service supply chain for our site in Wiesbaden in Abbott Diagnostic Division -Abbott GmbH.

Customer supply chain Planning & Analysis experience in a fast-paced dynamic international environment in Commercial customer service operation department in leading Healthcare Company.
Exposure to Technical acumen (incl. SAP, Excel, CMSNXT, SQL, Power BI Dashboard)
What You’ll Do
- Support Gross margin improvement projects for Customer service department
- Support Ordering and coordinating logistic activities with our 3rd Party supplier.
- Supporting the team in planning and optimizing customer logistics
- Assist in the physical control and monitoring of transport activities like inspection.
- Analysing data and creating reports to improve logistics processes.
- Support in the implementation of new processes and systems
- Support monthly inventory tracking and Power BI Dashboard updating.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
- You are available for a duration of 6 months.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for supply chain topics.
- You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team. Excellent communication skills and attracted by an international environment
- MS Office knowledge (incl. advanced command of Excel and processing large data sets)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
