STARTING DATE ASAP FOR 6 MONTHS MINIMUM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team based in Monaco.
This exciting opportunity will offer hands-on experience in the recruitment process, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing talent acquisition activities.
You will be involved in everything from job postings and sourcing candidates, to screening resumes and assisting in the selection process.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Post job openings and explore new sourcing channels for attracting talent.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Provide operational support for the day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Review candidates’ resumes, career histories, and references.
- Maintain and update HR databases and talent pipelines to ensure accurate data.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual (Teams Meeting), for Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the “Service de l’Emploi” to manage job postings and applications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HR/Recruitment Student - From Bachelor to Master
- Experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition appreciated
- Fluent in English/French
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
