Description:

Our Internship / Traineeship in Sales is targeted at enthusiastic recent graduates who want to play an active role in a fast-growing start-up and look for an opportunity to learn and grow while also having fun!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have strong communication skills and excel in clearly articulating ideas and closing deals effectively.
  • You have strong time-management skills, are adept at prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent (C1) in English and either German, French or Dutch - fluency in additional languages is a big plus!
  • You are a team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment, are eager to learn, and open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • You have a can-do attitude, you embrace new challenges, enjoy making things happen, and approach your work with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • You are flexible and available to work during public holidays and weekends during peak seasons.
  • You share our passion for outdoor sports (especially winter activities) and/or the travel industry - previous experience in tourism, service or start-ups is a plus.

Responsibilities:

After completing the first week of training and onboarding, you will seamlessly integrate into our Sales team, where you:

  • Find the perfect offer for customers (private & group ski & snowboard lessons, rental equipment, non-skiing winter activities etc.) to best meet their needs & provide individual service and guidance. ️
  • Serve as the expert in your market, offering helpful and accurate advice on all our products.
  • Represent the voice of CheckYeti and communicate with both customers and outdoor activity providers via phone, emails, and most known customer service software (Zendesk and Aircall) and AI tools.
  • Build strong relationships with our international partners and customers to craft and ensure unforgettable experiences.
  • Work closely with the other teams, especially the Operations, Business Development and Content Team, to find and implement creative solutions, prioritize tasks and achieve common milestones.
