Internship - User experience and deployment specialist for XR solutions

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a user experience and deployment intern to focus on the psychological and sociological aspects of XR adoption. You will help plan and execute the deployment of social XR solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for our learners. You will focus on reducing friction and maximizing user engagement. Microsoft Mesh (Unity backend) and Hubs (Blender backend), are two example platforms that your work will be interconnected to.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Background in psychology, sociology, or user experience design.
• Interest in XR technologies and how users engage with them.
• Strong communication skills and experience in user research.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  Extent: This internship will be approx. 50%
  Duration: This internship will be 6 months with possibility of extension

• Assist in planning and deploying XR solutions for expert users.
• Develop strategies to maximize user experience and reduce friction.
• Work with technical teams to ensure environments are user-friendly.
• Gather user feedback to improve future deployments.
• Support with learning experience design
