Our People & Culture team support the business by providing various services to our people, from when they join the business and onwards throughout their people experience journey with us. Our Public Relations & Administration team play a fundamental role in managing and coordinating various public relations and government affairs activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with government regulations and provide efficient support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the company’s operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with government authorities, including labour and immigration departments, to handle documentation, permits, and licensing matters.
  • Visa Processing: Assist in the preparation, processing, and renewal of visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, and other relevant documents for employees and visitors.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee documents, such as passports, visas, labour contracts, and Emirates ID, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • License Renewal: Collaborate with relevant departments and government entities to facilitate the timely renewal of business licenses, trade permits, and other necessary certifications.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and government authorities to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of PRO-related matters.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and labour policies to ensure the company’s adherence to legal requirements and provide timely updates to the management.
  • Translation Services: Assist with translation services between English and Arabic languages for official documents and communications as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain proper filing systems and archives to ensure easy retrieval of PRO-related documents and records.
