Description:

The department is the vascular hub for the region and participates in the Black Country Alliance (BCA) service, which provides a 24/7 on-call service for both vascular and non-vascular emergency procedures.
The department uses a range of medical devices to perform both routine and complex elective and emergency procedures including Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). The department has performed over 900 EVAR procedures since 2006.
The department has evolved considerably over recent years and will continue this process as we expand into new procedures and patient services including the new Hybrid theatre
The interventional theatre has been extensively refurbished and remodelled to a high specification including the installation of a new state of the art imaging system.
You will participate in the on-call service out of hours including weekends and bank holidays
The interventional staff may also be expected to work in other modalities including Fluoroscopy, Cath lab, Hybrid theatre and the general imaging department.
